Why we are different from the rest.

We are not a tennis academy, we offer a more private and specific training for our students. We are interested in quality and improvement, we are not interested in big groups, we want each of our players to have the necessary attention in order to reach his or her desired goals. We design different training schedules for our player’s benefit as every player is different and the focus of the practice can vary among levels, ages and needs. Our training schedules are focused in , privates, semi private lessons, fitness sessions, mental sessions and video instruction.

We are here for the player, but if you are not ready to commit and to work hard don’t waste your time and ours. If you are ready, we are here for you and improvements are guaranteed.

Training Methods

We like to apply our training method in accordance to the different stages of the player. When the players are younger, we like to make more emphasis on technique and strong foundation so when they grow up we can progress faster and get into the next stages. The next stage we focus on proper footwork and mobility on court for example, we teach the players how to perform a proper open stance, closed stance, semi open stance, running forehands and backhands, footwork coming into the net etc. Once we have a player who’s technique looks in order as well as the footwork we start working more on strategy, patterns and how to choose the right shots in different situations. At this point, we start working the mental aspect of the game with the player, such as how to handle pressure moments, how to overcome nerves, control emotions, and how to be more effective in points and matches.

We believe that the conditioning aspect plays a very important role especially now that tennis is becoming more and more demanding on the body. We like to add complementary fitness in all stages of our training to improve, strength, coordination, stamina, and agility. We also like to teach our players to always have a dynamic warm up (dynamic stretching, footwork, shadows and bands) and good post practice cool down and stretch sessions to ensure injury prevention and to recover faster.
